Q1/19 Update: Allthings releases new features for its premier tenant experience platform

From the beginning, our mission to create a better life in buildings came with a strong focus on providing a great tenant experience. The cornerstones that make a one-of-a-kind tenant experience are transparency, efficiency, open communication and direct connection to people, as well as access to value adding resources and offerings.

Our tenant experience platform combines all those aspects and connects tenants, building owners and service providers – such as property managers, local commercial partners and content providers – while offering unique value and individual frontends to each stakeholder. To keep enriching the experience for all three stakeholder groups, our product team continuously deploys new features. Here comes a summary of what we deliver in Q1 and beyond.

Allthings App: The central tool to simplify everyday life for tenants

Tenants use the Allthings App to directly communicate with the property management as well as with their neighbors. In addition, they can access digital services from a variety of service providers that simplify everyday life.

Allthings Insights is the new name for the next generation date suite for asset owners, replacing the existing Allthings Platform Analytics (APA), which we announced last autumn.
