In April 2019, proptech.de counted 289 PropTechs in Germany. For the first time since the beginning of the count 3.7% less than in the previous year. A development that shows that the start-up scene in the real estate sector is growing up. Technology companies with the best solutions are gaining ground on the market and are being rolled out. Still others did not make it beyond the pilot project phase. This is a consequence of every stage of evolution and a sign that the scene is becoming more and more professional.
This development also was noticeable at the EXPO REAL 2019. Europe’s largest real estate fair provided an entire hall for the topic of innovation, where innovation drivers could present their ideas, thoughts and solutions. While in recent years the main focus has been on introducing new technologies and getting to know them, this year the main focus was on building solid partnerships and understanding real case studies.
The overarching goal: to realize efficiency gains thanks to the new technologies, to streamline processes and at the same time not to lose sight of tenant satisfaction. Another prominent topic: to prepare for the future with foresight due to the long development cycles and to choose digital solutions that will continue to develop and be relevant tomorrow.
2019 was also the year for us in which we expanded our partnerships, rolled out projects and integrated the possibilities of our digital tenant experience platform into our customers’ existing processes.
That’s why we have compiled some of the most exciting projects for you in various case studies. Find out how you can use the Allthings platform as a property owner, developer or manager to realize efficiency gains, streamline processes and improve your tenant communication.
