More services for tenants and employees in company buildings, the integration of local news and regional partner offers which can be booked directly: All of this is now available in one package – transparently at a price per square meter throughout Germany. The technology company Allthings and the concierge provider RAS – service at any time make it easier than ever for real estate owners and property managers to offer valuable services for a better living and working within buildings.

The Swiss-German company Allthings brings the technology in the form of a tenant-focused service plattform for buildings. The concierge provider RAS takes care of delivering relevant content by providing access to partner services and local news. Besides the local content management, every real estate owner has the choice between two concierge offers: The basis package offers access to services such as car maintenance, shoe repair, flower service and textile cleaning. The premium package gives employees and tenants access to an extended set of high-class services, including services such as booking repair services, ordering presents, scheduling restaurant reservations, booking child care and massage, cosmetic and personal fitness training appointments. Everything is local and can be directly booked through the app.

Martina Güttler, Managing Director Germany at Allthings says about the offer: “As technology provider we not only want to offer our clients a great platform but also keep it lively and active. That only works by presenting local content that is relevant and through services that provide real value to our target users. Through the cooperation with RAS we can offer our clients in Germany everything in one package at a fixed price per square meter. It doesn’t get any better or more transparent – that’s why we’re excited about this joint development!”

Raffaele Sorrentino, Managing Director at RAS, comments: “Our first projects proof what we’ve initially assumed: Combining user-friendly technology with services that improve the daily lives of people is a great way to upgrade even small buildings through digital value-added services.”
