Allthings' new Cockpit App : Property Management on the go

Property management can be a time-intensive and complicated business. The daily agenda can range from administrative tasks best handled at the office desk to routine on-site appointments and meetings with tenants. To ensure that property and facility managers can benefit from the digital revolution both inside the office and outside, Allthings is releasing a Cockpit App for its property management platform. Selected Cockpit functions are now available for convenient use while on the go.

Efficient management and ideal overview

The Cockpit App makes it possible for property managers to view and respond to tickets while they are on the go, for example, when visiting a property. The property manager can also upload photos directly from on-site. Users now receive push notifications for each new ticket, promoting more efficient management of incoming queries and offering a transparent overview of all processes at all times. Communication and processing of open tickets become much quicker and easier for property and facility managers, real estate agents and external service providers, with improved response times for processing tenant queries. If given the rights, service providers can also use the app to review ticket and tenant information while on site and update tickets after work has been completed.

Native Cockpit app delivers top service — any time, any place

Stefan Zanetti, Founder of Allthings, about the new Cockpit App: "Our goal for Allthings is to reframe the various operative processes of building management to be quicker, easier and more transparent for all participants. For property and facility managers, it's essential that they can work efficiently from anywhere and at any time, thus providing the best possible service. The Cockpit App ensures that they can do just that."

The new Cockpit App is intended to provide the operative functions of the Cockpit for mobile/smartphone devices through the app stores for both Apple and Android devices. The first version focuses on the core functionalities of the Service Center: review and response, new assignment and status changes for tickets.

The Cockpit App is available in the Apple App Store and Google Play Storefor download.
