Allthings Founder Stefan Zanetti passes the torch to new CEO Eric Aplyn, Stefan Zanetti is appointed executive Chairman of the Board of Directors
In its next strategic chapter, Allthings will focus on capturing 100% of tenant interactions, regardless of the channel. This new focus together with the increased demand for new usage concepts and operating models resulting from COVID, has led to a new division of top management responsibilities at Allthings. After seven years as CEO, founder Stefan Zanetti is handing over the leadership of the company to Eric Aplyn. Stefan Zanetti is appointed executive chairman of the Board of Directors.
Eric Aplyn has been Chief Product Officer at Allthings for the past three years. Together with the development team and CTO Marco Lüthy, he has played a key role in the development of the Allthings platform over the last few years. The US-American, who previously founded several successful companies, is a specialist in the development of B2B2C SaaS platforms.
Eric Aplyn, on the company's new strategy: "We have learned with our customers over the past few years where the real crunch points in tenant management lie. Over the past few months, we have developed the platform into a hub for end-to-end tenant interaction, independent of channel. Allthings can still do everything that was part of the value proposition in the past - but with greater effectiveness from now on."
Stefan Zanetti, one of the formative founding figures of the Proptech scene in Europe since 2015, will focus on strategic tasks at the company and cooperation with major customers and partners in his new role. He will use the newfound time at Allthings to develop new digitally supported usage and operating models for the post-COVID phase.
Stefan Zanetti on the change of roles: "Over the past three years, Eric has earned a high reputation with customers and internally across all functional areas as a constructive leader and is the perfect choice for the CEO role. I am very much looking forward to working closely with Eric and implementing the new strategy in the coming years. I am also looking forward to working on my favorite topics on the market side in greater depth again."
