2.5 times More Usage in Times of COVID-19: Allthings Supports Customers and Interested Parties with Free Access to the Platform

As a data-oriented company, Allthings has used the past few weeks to support customers in their urgent communication needs and at the same time to analyze what is happening on the tenant platform. The team has also worked to bring some core self-configuration features to the market. Effective immediately, Allthings is offering a free, communication-focused edition of the platform for local organizations and communities, and a free extension to the entire real estate portfolio for customers.

The last few weeks have shows particularly clearly how great the need for communication is among residents themselves, but also in exchanges with property managers and administrators on health, neighborhood and tenancy law issues. The analysis tool Allthings Insights currently shows an increase in activities on the platform of two and a half times compared to the period January 2020.

COVID-19 is accelerating digital communication, and will probably continue to do so for some time to come. In order to support customers and prospects in their communication efforts even more, Allthings is now offering a self-configurable, free edition of the Allthing platform that focuses only on neighborhood communication.

For interested neighborhoods, municipalities and local associations: Allthings Lite, the free entry-level edition.

With Allthings Lite, interested local organizations and municipalities have access to all the communication functions of the platform (pinboard, my neighbors, sharing) for more efficient digital exchange, both between neighbors and between district or neighborhood managers and residents. For customers: Free extension to the entire portfolio until September 2020

Allthings is also offering existing customers a free extension: until the end of September 2020, customers can use the core functions in the entire portfolio free of charge. This extension relates to the communication, ticketing and documentation functions. Customers are free to decide whether or not this extension will be put into regular operation after September 2020.
