ERP providers, energy providers, applicant management platform operators and comparable specialist providers for the real estate industry can now use the Allthings platform, supplement it with their own services and market it as their own offering. Allthings thus offers companies with their own business customer relationships in real estate markets a specific cooperation model: as so-called "Platform Operating Partners" (POP), they enrich their own offering with the Allthings platform and can provide a wide range of services as a software solution.
The Allthings platform has become a highly versatile SaaS product thanks to its omnidirectional capability. Its modular structure enables the integration of various individual services, functions and services. These are now also available to partners and not just direct customers. For companies that operate as service providers in the real estate industry with their own solutions, our platform is therefore an ideal basis for embedding their own products and services in a wider range of services - or for extending their value creation. This makes them Platform Operating Partners - or POPs for short.
Of course, we support a POP with our experience and know-how, but a POP can bring the joint, combined solution to market as a separate platform in the form of a white-label product.
A POP's offering then consists of scalable core functions from Allthings, such as communication, documentation, ticketing and booking functionalities. These can be extended with additional functions from the POP's own service portfolio or the existing Allthings partner ecosystem.
The individual needs of different partners are thus taken into account and it is easy to set up your own unique software offering. Partners also benefit from the continuous development of the Allthings platform and the support services provided to their end customers.
