The Global Real Estate group of Credit Suisse Asset Management (Schweiz) AG expands the collaboration with the German-Swiss company Allthings. As of autumn 2018, a total of 11.500 apartments will be equipped with a range of “Living Services” and a respective application.

Ranging from cleaning services to a marketplace and a service center with a direct line to property management as well as a pinboard to connect within the neighborhood – the Credit Suisse Asset Management offers its tenants a range of quality services under the Living Services brand which can be used, booked and paid directly via the app.

Since January this year, the global provider of real estate investment products is already using the application, based on the Allthings platform, within 220 residential buildings and 4.500 apartments. Additionally, in spring this year the application was implemented in four large business properties with about 4.000 employees.

Silvio Preisig, Head of Real Estate Management of Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate: “The digitization, as well as providing high quality services, are central aspects for us in order to continue making our properties as attractive as possible for our tenants. The Allthings platform combines both aspects in a unique way while being scalable and user-friendly. During the project implementation, the company Allthings has proven itself to be the right service partner for our long-term and integrated digitization strategy which made the extension of our collaboration the logical next step.”

Robert Beer, Managing Director of Allthings Switzerland responds: „The addition of 7.000 apartments supports the value of digital tenant platforms for real estate portfolios. The Credit Suisse Asset Management Global Real Estate uses the opportunity of the digital Allthings platform to equip their residential and commercial portfolios with valuable services and positions itself as innovative pioneer.”
